Former MHHA Legislative Consultant Bill Jowett Dies

We are deeply saddened to report the passing of former MHHA Legislative Consultant, Bill Jowett. William Leo Jowett, age 78, of Grand Ledge, died on Monday, Aug. 13th in the Sparrow Hospice House of Mid-Michigan in Lansing. Our sincere condolences to Bill's wife, children, extended family and friends on their loss.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Aug. 18th at 11:30 am in the Holihan–Atkin Funeral Home – 406 N. Bridge Street, Grand Ledge. Burial will be in Delta Center Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, Aug. 16th in the Jowett Funeral Home – 1634 Lapeer Ave. at 17th St., Port Huron from 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm and Friday, Aug. 17th in the Holihan-Atkin Funeral Home – 406 N. Bridge St., Grand Ledge, from 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm, and again Saturday from 10:00 am until time of service.
