Fire Destroys Barn at Sattelberg Farm in Howell

Fire destroyed Lee & Denna Sattelberg's barn in Howell early Saturday morning. Four horses were tragically lost in the blaze. Our prayers and thoughts are with the Sattelbergs.

Horsemen who gathered for the MHHA annual banquet in Swartz Creek on Saturday evening used the opportunity to raise some funds to help out. If you weren't at the banquet, but would like to lend a hand, you can mail a check directly to the Sattelbergs at 3150 Crandall Rd., Howell, MI 48855.
